Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after we have received payment in clear.
All items ordered on www.ewaywholesale.com.au are shipped with their manufacturers packaging, instruction manuals and guarantees.
All orders are carefully dispatched in protective packaging and shipped by Australia Post and courier.
Ewaywholesale does not guarantee shipping to PO Box or APO/AP addresses. We need to confirm with the post office before we send products. Ensure that you contact us before you make a payment.
In cases where the order is returned back to us because the listed address we have delivered to has changed, re-post charges will apply so it is important to keep us informed of any changes. We will contact you for the reshipping costs.
Damage in Shipping
Each order is packaged to exceed delivery company guidelines for shipping. There is always the chance of damages occurring during the transit. If your item is damaged when it is received, you have 5 days to put in claim. A photo of the damaged item and packaging will help expedite a claim. A Return Number must be issued before you can return any item. E-mail us at sales@ewaywholesale.com.au with your order number, the product you are returning, customer name, and reason for return, e-mail address and request for either a refund or replacement. E way wholesale will not accept any return without a Return Number.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if E Way Wholesale.com.au made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned, additional shipping costs will apply. Ewaywholesale cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during the transition. Please inform us if you require insurance or any registration in your shipping. Extra cost will apply.
Ewaywholesale reserves the right to replace damaged items or parts without full return.
Refunds and Exchange
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it within 10 days. Shipping costs need be repaid for exchanges. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-refundable items for special pre order. Returned items must be received by us within 10 days from the date your order was delivered to you. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. No refunds will be offered for orders after the 10 day period.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, contact us first for a return approval. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. A credit will be issued upon return for unopened, undamaged items. Shipping return charges are not refundable. Returns may take 10-14 days for processing. 10 days after delivery all sales are considered final.
Refunds will be credited to the account you used for the purchase.
Orders may be cancelled before shipping. If an order has already been shipped, shipping and return charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We ship outside Australia to Worldwide. Here, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations applicable within your country. All customs and/or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
