8.Shipping

Order will dispatch within 3 working days after we received payment in clear.

All items ordered from E way wholesale, are shipped with their manufacturers packaging, instruction manuals and guarantees.

All orders are carefully dispatched in protective packaging and sent by Australia post Delivery.

E way wholesale does not ship to PO Box or APO/AP addresses.

9.Damage in Shipping

Each order is packaged to exceed delivery company guidelines for shipping. There is always the chance of damage during transit. If your item is received damaged, we have 5 days to put in claim. A photo of the damaged item and packaging will help expedite a claim. A Return Number must be issued before you can return any item. E-mail us at Sales@ewaywholesale.com.au with your order number, the product you are returning, customer name, and reason for return, e-mail address and request for either a refund or replacement. E way wholesale will not accept any return without a Return Number.

Shipping cost will only be refunded if E Way Wholesale.com.au made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. E Way Wholesale.com.au is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.

The E way Wholesale.com.au reserves the right to replace item or damaged parts without full return.

10.Refunds and Exchange

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order. We will gladly exchange it within 10 days. Shipping costs will need be repaid for exchanges. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-refundable items for special pre order. Returnable items must be received by us within 10 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. No refunds will be offered for orders past 10 days.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, contact us first for return approval, items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. A credit will be issued upon return for unopened, undamaged items. Shipping return charges are not refundable. Returns may take 10-14 days for processing. 10 days after delivery all sales are considered final.

Refunds will be credited to the account used for purchase.

Any order may be cancelled before shipping. If an order has already been shipped, shipping and return charges are non-refundable.

11.International

We ship outside the Australia to Worldwide. You are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations applicable with your country. All customs and/or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
